Vinyasa is about being mindful of your body and your breath as you flow from posture to posture connecting each movement with your breath.
Classes are for all levels, beginner to advanced.

Restorative yoga is consisted of doing fewer poses and holding for 5-10 minutes each. Multiple props are used to support yourself during the longer passive holds. Most Restorative Yoga classes that we offer are infused with Reiki and Essential Oils. Check Calendar for events or contact for a private party or group.
Private yoga classes are offered for private groups one on one or for couples yoga. Couples Yoga is a great way to reconnect with your partner or to strengthen the bond you share. Contact for more information.
