Victoria Hess

After a decade of practicing yoga at home and various studios, noticing little shifts in her mind and body, she felt the need to deepen her yoga and spiritual practice so she took a Yoga Teacher Training in 2017.  Little did she realize she would actually be called to teach yoga and that the learning on and off the mat continued to grow as she taught.  Victoria has a special place in her heart for yoga as she attributes it to the one practice that keeps her the most centered and grounded.  After attending a workshop with SHINE in 2018 called VIBE: Radically Reboot Your Life, Victoria was drawn to this conversation about vibration and energy and eventually went on to become a SHINE Franchise Owner where now she shares the message with others that once changed her life. In addition to being a certified yoga teacher, Victoria is also a Reiki Master and Pioneer Akasha Yoga teacher.

 

Life will always have contrast and we wouldn't want it any other way, it teaches us what we do want.  Victoria's life has transformed in beautiful ways she never could of imagined because of this path, because of the practices and inner work she has dedicated much of her life to.  

We never stop evolving, it's how you choose to handle the growth, allow it flow naturally or to resist it. 

 

Victoria believes her purpose in this life is to practice this loving, peaceful alignment so that others will be inspired to do the same in their own lives.  Life is so much easier when you stop resisting and allow source to flow.  The most important thing she has learned over the years and by experience is the only thing you have control over is your own personal alignment. 

Victoria is dedicated to bringing wellness and yoga classes to the community in Stark County, Ohio and beyond so that you too will find and keep your own personal peaceful alignment.
